SULPHATE RESISTING PORTLAND CEMENT CLINKER

It is used for the production of cements intended for use in environments exposed to high sulphates such as sea water, sewage. It has a low amount of C3A. The amount of C3A of clinker is less than 5%. This makes it resistant to sulphate attacks.

LOW ALKALI PORTLAND CEMENT CLINKER

It is resistant against to alkali-silica reactions and has a lower equivalent alkali ratio than other Portland Cement clinkers. The equivalent alkali value of clinker is maximum 0,60%.

LOW CHROMIUM PORTLAND CEMENT CLINKER

It is a Portland cement clinker with a maximum water soluble Cr + VI value of 15 ppm. It is used in low chromium cement production.

EN 197-1:2011 CEM I 52,5 N

Generally used in high early strength building structures, concrete casted in cold weather, prefabricated structures, tunnel-formwork applications, in construction chemicals and foundation concrete applications. In addition as a result of the mineralogical structure it is suitable for using in environment that contains seawater.

EN 197-1:2011 CEM I 42,5 R

Generally used in high early strength building structures, concrete casted in cold weather, prefabricated structures, tunnel-formwork applications, in construction chemicals and foundation concrete applications.

EN 197-1:2011 CEM II/A-LL 42,5 R

It is a blended cement for general usage. It is used for high strength concrete, ground reinforcement, bridge, road, viaduct construction, road coatings, silos and water tanks.

EN 197-1:2011 CEM II/B-LL 32,5 N

It is a blended cement for general usage. It is used for wall, plaster, leveling, screed, tile or as ceramic adhesive

EN 197-1:2011 CEM I 42,5 R – SR 5

It is produced by grinding together of clinker that has maximum value of C3A of 5,0%, calcium sulphate and mineral additive of maximum 0-5% by weight as minor component. Its maximum Loss on Ignition value is 5,0%, minimum initial setting time value is 60 minutes. This cement can be used to produce concrete or mortar that maintains sufficient processability with a minimum early strength of 20.0 MPa for 2 days, a minimum final strength of 42.5 MPa and a maximum final strength of 62.5 MPa for 28 days when it is mixed properly with aggregate and water.

It is a sulphate resistant cement which is generally used for coastal and port construction, offshore structures, foundation excavations, dams, sulfate-influenced industrial floors and etc.

EN 197-1:2011 CEM I 42,5 N – SR 5

It is produced by grinding together of clinker that has maximum value of C3A of 5,0%, calcium sulphate and mineral additive of maximum 0-5% by weight as minor component. Its maximum Loss on Ignition value is 5,0%, minimum initial setting time value is 60 minutes. This cement can be used to produce concrete or mortar that maintains sufficient processability with a minimum early strength of 10.0 MPa for 2 days, a minimum final strength of 42.5 MPa and a maximum final strength of 62.5 MPa for 28 days when it is mixed properly with aggregate and water.

It is a sulphate resistant cement which is generally used for coastal and port construction, offshore structures, foundation excavations, dams, sulfate-influenced industrial floors and etc.

ASTM C150 TYPE I/II CEMENT

It is produced by grinding together of only clinker, calcium sulphate and mineral additive of maximum 0-5% by weight as minor component. This cement has a maximum Loss on Ignition value of 3,0%, minimum initial setting time value of 45 minutes, maximum initial setting time value of 375 minutes . This cement can be used to produce concrete or mortar that maintains sufficient processability with a minimum early strength of 1740 psi for 3 days, a minimum strength of 2740 psi for 7 days when it is mixed properly with aggregate and water. The C3A content of the cement is maximum 8,0%, and the equivalent alkali ratio of the cement is maximum 0,60%.

ASTM C150 TYPE V CEMENT

It is produced by grinding together of clinker that has maximum value of C3A of 5,0%, calcium sulphate and mineral additive of maximum 0-5% by weight as minor component. These cement has a maximum Loss on Ignition value of 3,0%, minimum initial setting time value of 45 minutes, maximum initial setting time value of 375 minutes. These cement can be used to produce concrete or mortar that maintains sufficient processability with a minimum early strength of 1160 psi for 3 days, a minimum strength of 2180 psi and a maximum strength of 3050 psi for 7 days when It is mixed properly with aggregate and water. The C3A content of the cement is maximum 5,0%, and the equivalent alkali ratio of the cement is maximum 0,60%,
